At LilyGraceCo, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not, we offer a straightforward return process:
Eligibility for Return:
Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging.
Personalized items are not eligible for return.
How to Return:
Email Lily Grace Customer Support Team with your order number and reason for return.
You will receive a return authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions for the return.
Please ensure the product is securely packaged to avoid damage during return shipping.
Refunds:
Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please note, it may take 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing.
Return Shipping Fees:
Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please get in touch with us within 7 days of receipt. We will provide a prepaid return label and issue a full refund or exchange.

Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
International Shipping:
Standard International Shipping: 10-15 business days
Expedited International Shipping: 5-7 business days
Shipping Rates:
Rates depend on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the progress of your shipment.
Customs & Duties: For international orders, customs duties and taxes may apply, and are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for further details.
Lost or Stolen Packages: LilyGraceCo is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered. We recommend using a secure delivery address and contacting the carrier for assistance if necessary.
